Your serial number is located inside the cover of the printed Users Guide that came with your instrument. It's very important that you keep this number, as it gives you access to all updates and support for your Spectrasonics instrument.
If you purchased your instrument directly from our TechShop, your serial number was automatically added to your User Account.
Our User Account system allows you access to your serials 24 hours a day. If you haven't yet created a User Account, please do so and add your serial numbers to it for future access.
