If you are seeing either of the error messages below after installing your Spectrasonics instrument, please follow the steps in this article to resolve them.
1. Uninstall the 2015 and/or 2017 versions of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables that are installed on your PC.
2. Install the "x64: vc_redist.x64.exe" update found in this Microsoft Support article.
