If you are receiving an error message regarding "Platform_Error_27" or "Platform_Error_28", it can be due to a few reasons:
For starters, make sure your destination is a hard drive that has enough space available. If you don’t have enough space on the hard drive that you’re trying to download to, quit out of the download manager, run it again, and choose a different external hard drive.
Additionally, make sure that your drive is formatted correctly. On Mac, it should be Mac OS Extended or APFS. If you're on Windows the proper format will be NTFS.
