The best way to stay up to date with all of your instruments is by using the SmartUpdate system included in those instruments. However, you may need to update from your user account if you are attempting to authorize your Spectrasonics instrument.
You can always find the most recent updates for your instruments in the "Updates" tab of your User Account. Once you select the "Updates" tab, select the instrument link (i.e. Omnisphere 2 Updates) that you would like to update and download your updates on the following page. Once the installer is downloaded, open your downloads folder and run the installer. Make sure you extract all if you are on Windows.
If you own Omnisphere or Keyscape, use SmartUpdate to stay up-to-date with all of your Spectrasonics instruments once your instrument is authorized. SmartUpdate checks for any updates that are available for all of the Spectrasonics instruments that are installed to your computer and compiles them into one convienent installer.
To locate the current version of your Spectrasonics instrument(s), click the Spectrasonics logo in the top-right corner of the interface to display current versions.
It's important to have the latest versions of your Spectrasonics software installed, since we are continually adding new features and improving upon our instruments' performance, compatibility and stability.
