If you have recently purchased a Spectrasonics instrument and are attempting to Authorize it in your Spectrasonics User Account, you will notice that you must insert a Challenge Code. Please first install the instrument on your computer, then proceed through the steps shown in the Authorization System after opening the instrument in your DAW/music program or standalone application.
Note: You only need to authorize if your instrument is requesting it. If your instrument is working, then no further action is necessary. The "Authorize" link in your account should only be used when your instrument is asking to be authorized.
On Mac, the standalone application will be located in your applications folder. On Windows, the standalone application icon will be located on your desktop or in the Spectrasonics folder located here.
