When you try to run any download from the Spectrasonics website and it prompts you to choose an application to open it this most likely means you have a corrupted download. Please try the download again using the most up-to-date version of the Safari web browser (Mac) or Internet Explorer (Windows).
For Windows users run Windows Updates so all of the latest software is installed on your system. Windows users should run the Windows internal unzipping function. If prompted for a password please use a different browser than Internet Explorer (Safari, Firefox).

Now attempt the download again from your User Account.
If you are still having downloading problems after following these steps instead of directly clicking on the link to download the update CONTROL Click (Mac) or Right Click (Windows) on the download link and select:
Mac: "Download Linked File"
Windows: "Save Link As" or "Save Target As" (whichever option is available)
