If you receive this error, this means you need to run your recording host (Sequencer or DAW) as an Administrator.
Right-click your recording host (Sequencer or DAW) Icon in C:Program Files (or from a valid Shortcut) and select the "Run as Administrator" option
Then authorize Atmosphere or Trilogy once again, and the authorization will be completed.
