Your user account allows you to access your serial numbers, updates, authorizations, and additional installations 24 hours a day.

If you purchased a physical copy of an instrument from a retailer, please create a user account if you haven't already and add your serial numbers. You can do this from the "Add a product to your account" section on the "My Profile" tab of your user account.

It’s also very important to protect your user account as this is where your personal Spectrasonics licenses are registered. Make sure you use your legal name on the account, and please refrain from sharing your username, password, email login info, or serial numbers with other people, as this may jeopardize your licenses.
