If you purchased the boxed version of your instrument, your serial number can be found inside the cover of the printed user guide that comes with the instrument. If you purchased your instrument directly from our Webstore, your serial number should be listed on your receipt as well as on the “Reinstall” tab of your user account. It's very important that you keep your serial number, as it gives you continued access to updates and support for your instrument. 

Our user account system allows you access to your serials 24 hours a day. If you haven't created a user account yet, please do so here on our user account registration page. Once you’ve created an account, you can register your serial number by navigating to the "My Profile" tab and adding your serial number via the "Add a product to your account" section.
