If you purchased the boxed version of your Spectrasonics instrument, your serial number will be located inside the cover of the instrument’s printed user guide.

If you purchased the download version of your instrument through our Webstore, your serial number is automatically added to your Spectrasonics user account and can also be found on your receipt.

It's very important that you keep your serial number as it gives you access to instrument updates and support for your Spectrasonics instrument. For this reason, please do not share your serial number with anyone other than the Spectrasonics support staff. This helps ensure that your Spectrasonics user account remains secure.

Our user account system allows users access to their serial numbers at any time. If you haven't created a user account yet, you can do so here. Once you’ve created and logged into your Spectrasonics user account, you can add your serial number by navigating to the “My Profile” tab and using the “Add a product to your account” area of the page.

You only need to register your serial number if you purchased the boxed version of your instrument. If you purchased the download version of your instrument through our Webstore, then your serial number is automatically added to your Spectrasonics user account.
