Both upgrades get you the same product - a full version of Omnisphere 3.

The Standard Upgrade is for registered owners of Omnisphere 1 or Omnisphere 2.

The Atmosphere Upgrade is for registered owners of Atmosphere, our legacy Dream Synth Module from 2002, which has since been discontinued. However, all the original sounds from Atmosphere (as well as Omnisphere 1 and 2) are included in Omnisphere 3.

If you never purchased Atmosphere, Omnisphere 1, or Omnisphere 2 and are interested in getting Omnisphere 3, we recommend purchasing the boxed version of Omnisphere 3 from one of our authorized resellers for the best experience.
