It can be convenient in various situations to reinstall your Spectrasonics instrument from your user account.
These situations might include losing your USB installation drive, installing on additional computers, etc.
You can access additional download managers via the "Reinstall" tab of your Spectrasonics user account. The screenshot below is an example of the "Reinstall" tab of a Spectrasonics user account:
In order to access the "Reinstall" tab, there must be an instrument registered to your account. If you recently purchased a boxed version of your instrument from an authorized reseller, you can register the serial number to your account in the "My Profile" tab.
Note: Your instrument comes with an allotted amount of download credits by default. If you run out of downloads, you can purchase more directly from the "Reinstall" tab by clicking the "Purchase More Downloads" link that appears next to your instrument.
