If you are having issues opening the Installation.url file found on your USB drive, please use the following steps to resolve your issue.
1. Right-click (CTL+click) the installation.url found on the USB drive for your instrument
2. Select "Open with..." then "Other"
3. Select "TextEdit" from the list of applications
4. Highlight and copy the URL starting after the "=" sign
5. Paste the URL into your internet browser
