Usage: Omni TR General Troubleshooting

If you are having issues connecting Omni TR to Omnisphere, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure you have followed all of the steps outlined in the "Omni TR Setup and System Requirements" section of Omnisphere 2 Reference Guide. 

2. Disable any security software that is running on your computer, while using Omni TR. Programs such as McAfee, Norton, Avast, and even Windows Defender can interfere with network connectivity.

3. Disable any firewalls that are enabled on your computer or wireless router. 

If the options above do not provide a solution, you may need to troubleshoot your specific network settings. 

NOTE: If you are on Windows, due to limitations of Bonjour Services, you can only control the first instance of Omnisphere that is opened in your Host/ DAW and cannot switch between multiple instances.
