One of the most unique Basses in Trilian is the Martin Dreadnought Acoustic Bass Guitar, which is great in more exposed settings like this - perfect for those unplugged moments. The Guitar is live on this one, Stylus RMX for percussion and drums, and everything else (even the pseudo-Wurltizer) is from Trilian.

This unique and organic piece is a dialog between the Pattitucci 6-string Bass and the new Acoustic Bass in Trilian. Time Designer added the unique 6/4 feeling to the track in RMX and Omnisphere is covering the Theremin and Celeste accents.

While this is mainly a gorgeous example of how Omnisphere and Stylus RMX can be used in Film Music cues, you can also hear how well the original Trilogy Upright Bass works in this kind of setting. This bass is also available in Trilian in enhanced form.

Super groovy retro-lo-fi demo from maestro Ned! Shows how well the original Trilogy Acoustic Bass in Trilian works in a Acid Jazz kind of mood. There's a bit of it all here, True Staccato triggering, double stops, Slides and glisses. The beauty is that Ned was able to play all of this very easily all from the main "True Staccato" patch....no need from complex programming, or program changes....it's all in this one patch. You can almost feel the smoke of the club....nice one Ned!

A wonderfully personal demo - really shows the potential of Trilian as a truly expressive instrument in the hands of a great player. Nick improvised this piece in two passes: First the Adagio Strings from Omnisphere and then the legacy Trilogy Acoustic Upright from Trilian. Nick used the Solo Legato mode to great effect here, as you can hear how smooth it plays...even on Acoustic sounds.

This acoustic bass originally came from Trilogy and was played in real-time.

We posted this demo twice to show the flexibility of the Acoustic Bass sounds, which have both Tube Mics and Direct Pickup signals...which you can easily mix to taste on the Trilian interface.

This version shows a mix favoring the Microphone, with some added Room ambience.

The other file shows the same demo with more of the pickup and just a little of the Mic.
