This one truly RAWKS!
Tob is one of the principal contributors to the RMX Core Library, so he knows it like the back of his hand. His friend Daniel Forsblom's killer guitar work is one of the highlights of this track.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Trilian and Live Guitar
This is an instant classic that really shows off what's possible with the sound menus of the RMX Core Library. EVERYTHING except bass and synth lead are coming from RMX!
FEATURING: Stylus RMX and Trilian
This is a very live and loose sounding track from Guitarist Larry Mitchell. One of the coolest things about this track is that the Trilian Bass parts were played by Larry on his MIDI Guitar, which really makes a big difference in the realism of those bass parts. All of the drums are coming from the Retro Funk SAGE Xpander. Good example of how Retro Funk is very useful for Rock stylus too.
FEATURING: Trilian, Stylus RMX, Retro Funk, Omnisphere and Live Guitar
This is great example of what is possible using RMX as a sound module. Everything in this demo was programmed from scratch using Kit mode and the extensive variety of over 10,000 single hit samples in the Sound Menus section.
In fact, the first half of the demo is ONLY using Stylus RMX Core Library sounds....even the Bass scratching, Guitar and Brass sounds!
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Trilian and Ivory piano
DJ Hawk (aka: Adam Hawk from Spectrasonics) is a talented Turntablist and his performance samples are featured in the sound menus of the RMX Core Library. In this memorable track, he's making great use of RMX's awesome built-in FX rack.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Trilian and Omnisphere
This demo is actually the backing track of MIDIhead's remix of the Fixx's "Deeper and Deeper" hit from the 80's. Massive!
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Metamorphosis, Trilian and Omnisphere
Mike has some good times with RMX and the Retro Funk Xpander!
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Retro Funk, Trilian, Omnisphere and Vocal Planet
A relaxing and simple tune that shows how well these instruments can be used in more traditional song settings.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Liquid Grooves, Trilian and Omnisphere
The opening Guitar riff on this track is actually coming out of RMX! Mike played the riff on Guitar and then ReCycled the phrase, which creates a REX file that RMX can use. This is a good example of how a little bit of customization can add a lot to an RMX track....especially being able to use the Chaos Designer on the guitar!
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Trilian, Omnisphere and custom guitar loop
Very authentic dub sound created here by the ever-prolific demo god Tobias! Everything in the track is created only with Trilian and the RMX Core Library.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX and Trilian
This track has a great laidback vibe to it. Larry's production style is as organic as his wonderful playing. The track opens with Omnisphere and some SAGE converted REX files from an M-Audio REX library called "Tabla Science" and then adds drums from the Backbeat Xpander. More MIDI Guitar played Trilian too!
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Backbeat, Omnisphere, Trilian and Live Guitar
This one's pretty wicked! Diego starts with showing some of the tonal capability of RMX in the first half of the demo. The break introduces Omnisphere and a drum groove from the Backbeat Xpander. Believe it or not, the vocals are from RMX!!
FEATURING: Omnisphere and Stylus RMX
Not only is this demo using only the Stylus RMX core library, but Stephane is performing this all LIVE using the powerful Groove Menus feature. Note the interesting use of the Half speed browsing feature at the end of the demo.
FEATURING: 100% Stylus RMX
Scott shows off the Ethno Techno and Burning Grooves SAGE Xpanders in this surprising demo.
Nick Brown featured on Guitar.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Trilian and Live Guitar
This one really sounds like a live band! Hans puts the Chaos Designer to effective use on the main drum groove and percussion from the Core Library. Horns are from the old Prosonus library, the vocal phrase is by Tommy Snyder and the Flute solo was played by Makinto....everything else is Spectrasonics!
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Trilian and Omnisphere
This is a perfect demo to check out if you're interesting in hearing how RMX fits in a scoring setting. Great use of Omnisphere's Hollywood Strings too. Prepare for some serious low-end!
FEATURING: Omnisphere and Stylus RMX
Eclectic demo that shows many different parts of the Stylus RMX core library in a "soundtrack remix" approach. The sliced vocal riff from "Motion Century" is a frequent favorite.
FEATURING: 100% Stylus RMX
Nick's the master of the odd-meter demo! This demo was done by manually playing slices, Kit mode and Sound Menus to make a song in 7/8 time.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Omnisphere and Trilian
The master of dub mystery shows off some of the "Classic" part of the core library. Tasty guitar work here too.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX and Live Guitar
Check this out....this is ONLY Stylus RMX Core Library! No other synths used!
FEATURING: 100% Stylus RMX
This is a wonderful example of how RMX can sound really unexpected when using SAGE Xpanders! The Rainstick is coming from Heart of Africa through ReCycle, but everything is core library and Ethno Techno. The big chords are from the Bonus ILIO library on their SAGE Xpanders.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX and Ethno Techno SAGE Xpander
Under the Radar (aka: Richard Souther) does some very smoky and cool riffing here with the Classic part of the RMX core library. Also featured are some phrase samples from E-Lab's Smoking Lounge REX library in RMX.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, REX libraries, Trilian, Vocal Planet & EVP88
Ned came up with a wonderful musical journey using only RMX Core Library and tuning the resonance of the Power Filters and Pro Phaser to achieve some harmonic percussion! Cool stuff!
FEATURING: 100% Stylus RMX
Very creative use of the RMX core library (including the deep bass!) and some REX'ed snare fills from BT's Breaks library. The Backbeat SAGE Xpander makes it's entrace towards the end.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Backbeat SAGE Xpander, Bass Legends, Hans Zimmer Guitars and Atmosphere
Good example of how the Core Library works in a traditional arrangement. Great use of Trilogy fretless with MIDI Guitar too!
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Trilian, Omnisphere and Live Guitar
A short R&B snippet using only the core library...but a good example of using RMX in a more dry setting.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Trilian and Omnisphere
The Classic part of the RMX core library has many great vinylistic breaks. This track features them along with the Backbeat SAGE Xpander which appears midway though the demo. More E-Lab Smoking Lound library used in RMX too! Infinite Xpansion possibilities!
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Trilian and Backbeat SAGE Xpander
This track has that nice relaxed 80's feel, especially with the additional of Franz's live Electric Sitar. This one's all core library!
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Trilian and Omnisphere
Great example of how complete a track you can create with only Stylus RMX and the stock library. Maybe ned need to relieve some stress on this one!
FEATURING: 100% Stylus RMX
Ned takes us on a cool trip! This is all RMX core library and Heart of Asia library too.
FEATURING: Stylus RMX, Omnisphere, Heart of Asia and Live Bass
