The moving and critically-acclaimed film “Crash”, has a startling musical score to match its depth by composer Mark Isham, a long-time Spectrasonics user. Mark’s score features the powerful and beautiful voices found on our epic Vocal Planet sample library and features VP’s Welsh, Persian and Early Music phrase samples woven into his delicate, intricate and tension filled music.
“It’s inspiring as a composer to instantly harness and control the voices found on Vocal Planet. Each vocal sample has such character, it really made the score special and created an amazing support for the films’ visuals and emotional impact,” said Mark. “I also used Spectrasonics Atmosphere Virtual Instrument, and Bizarre Guitar/Distorted Reality libraries to help create many of the score textures.”
