Acclaimed virtual instrument developer Spectrasonics has introduced a revolutionary new software technology called S.A.G.E.™ "Spectrasonics Advanced Groove Engine." S.A.G.E. is an underlying core technology that allows extensive real-time control, creation and manipulation of grooves while retaining state-of-the-art sound quality. The addition of its own powerful software technology marks a new milestone for the company as a full-fledged software developer. S.A.G.E. technology will be used in many new products from Spectrasonics in the future, beginning with the totally new "Stylus RMX" instrument.

S.A.G.E. powered instruments are also fully compatible with Propellerheads REX files, which opens the potential to integrate a user’s own audio loops through Propellerheads ReCycle application.
